  22.  1 Like some woodprint on the quiet page
  23.    He stood arrested by a row of books:
  24.    Sanctum Sanctorum from the neighbor's rage,
  25.    Where he annoyed no corner with his looks;
  26.  5 The law required his stealing there still
  27.    Enchantment of himself in his own place
  28.    (His heart toungued like a bugle on a hill)
  29.    And noone rose to fist his shattered face;
  30.    And nothing noised him into making noise
  31. 10 The shock of recognition of his kind
  32.    Marked him the same as deaf or dumb or blind
  33.    That made him different from the other boys
  34.    Who taught him letters in a ruder style,
  35.    A mile from home to school, and home a mile
  36.
