Q: I need some pointers on analyzing this poem:
THE LIBRARY
1
-----------------
1 Like some woodprint on the quiet page
He stood arrested by a row of books:
Sanctum Sanctorum from the neighbor's rage,
Where he annoyed no corner with his looks;
5 The law required his stealing there still
Enchantment of himself in his own place
(His heart toungued like a bugle on a hill)
And noone rose to fist his shattered face;
And nothing noised him into making noise
10 The shock of recognition of his kind
Marked him the same as deaf or dumb or blind
That made him different from the other boys
Who taught him letters in a ruder style,
A mile from home to school, and home a mile
